The staff, led by Carlos, Kim, and Johan, truly made me feel like part of the family with their exceptional service and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and attractions all within walking distance. Despite some wear and tear in the older building, the staff's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience shines through. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the A/C unit worked like a charm - perfect for a summer stay in the city that never sleeps. Although there were some minor hiccups, Alex at the front desk saved the day and made our stay memorable. With its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, 45 Times Square Hotel is a great choice for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Manhattan. I would definitely return for another stay in the future.
